    抽屜式和固定分隔式高低壓柜的選擇

    1、固定分隔式低壓柜,便是選用插拔式開關(guān),裝置于獨(dú)立的固定分隔小室內(nèi)、開關(guān)插拔是式結(jié)構(gòu),分開關(guān)本體和底座二個(gè)部分。底座固定于底板,反面便利接電纜引出,開關(guān)本體可以帶電拔出,便于檢修或替換。該結(jié)構(gòu)適用于變壓器后榜級(jí)的饋電輸出,塑殼開關(guān)本體和底座接觸面大,夾緊安定,接觸牢靠,開關(guān)、母排、一次電纜、二次接線都有獨(dú)立的空間,通風(fēng)散熱好,裝置接線、保護(hù)保養(yǎng)便利。

    2、抽屜柜便是把開關(guān)、接觸器熱繼電器等元器件會(huì)集在一個(gè)抽屜單元里,該型式的長(zhǎng)處是可以把很多元器件一次抽出,便于整體快速替換,一般用于多回路、小容量場(chǎng)合,例如MCC柜,會(huì)集照明操控等;但它因?yàn)檫x用了抽屜接插件,導(dǎo)軌的誤差及在背后的插件不可目視,往往形成接觸不良,特別容量較大(例如開關(guān)容量大于100A)場(chǎng)合,往往形成接觸點(diǎn)發(fā)熱乃焚毀的結(jié)果。

    3、數(shù)據(jù)中心用戶的低壓柜饋電輸出,一般都沒有接觸器熱繼電器等元器件,根本不需求用抽屜結(jié)構(gòu)型式,且大多為250A塑殼開關(guān),選用抽屜柜不只有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(需求長(zhǎng)時(shí)間運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及屢次抽出后才能反映出來),而且熱量散發(fā)、裝置接線、保護(hù)保養(yǎng)等也不便利。二次接線端和一次電纜接線柱在同一個(gè)空間,多功能丈量外表等數(shù)據(jù)傳輸線敷設(shè)也會(huì)受到強(qiáng)電的干涉,牢靠性較固定分隔式有所下降。因?yàn)樵黾恿顺閷辖Y(jié)構(gòu),經(jīng)濟(jì)性也較固定分隔式略差

    4、數(shù)據(jù)中心的負(fù)載相對(duì)比較穩(wěn)定,為了供給數(shù)據(jù)中心功率,一般都是滿負(fù)荷匹配。據(jù)悉,不少數(shù)據(jù)中心在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中發(fā)現(xiàn)了有抽屜柜熱量不容易散發(fā)的問題,運(yùn)維人員為了下降熱量,選用了打開柜門、用風(fēng)扇強(qiáng)制冷卻的被動(dòng)手法,乃調(diào)整削減輸出回路,下降數(shù)據(jù)中心功率。我認(rèn)為這個(gè)都和建造階段選用抽屜柜有關(guān),后續(xù)的補(bǔ)救都是無奈之舉。
