　　焊接完成的機(jī)箱機(jī)柜半成品還需要進(jìn)行打磨和表面處理。打磨是為了去除焊接產(chǎn)生的毛刺、焊渣等，使表面平整光滑，避免劃傷操作人員或影響設(shè)備安裝。而表面處理則是為機(jī)箱機(jī)柜披上一層 “防護(hù)衣”，常見的表面處理方式有噴涂、電鍍等。噴涂可以根據(jù)需求選擇不同顏色和性能的涂料，不僅能提升機(jī)箱機(jī)柜的美觀度，還能增強(qiáng)其防腐蝕、防銹等性能；電鍍則能在表面形成一層金屬保護(hù)膜，提高耐磨性和導(dǎo)電性。
