1、機柜框架

柜體框架采用2mm厚高強度冷軋鋼板(根據用戶需要也可以采用高強度電解鋼板或高強度敷鋁鋅鋼板)焊接式框架結構,整體具有較高的強度和剛度,不易變形;機架有良好的加工和裝配工藝性、搬運性能和良好的導電(接地)性能。機架各部件(包括安裝支承部分)在所需安裝重量4倍以上載荷下,不發生過量變形和損壞。機架各接地點(螺孔、螺柱)與機架各金屬件之間的電阻應小于0.01歐姆。各接地螺柱(孔)應為M8銅質或不銹鋼質。機架頂部和底部,設計有良好的安裝、搬運接口,接口緊固螺紋為M12。機架的上、下分別設有可滿足整機配置時的出線口,且原則上電源線和信號線應分開出線。光纖出口處應有專門套管保護。上部應設有與線纜橋架相聯的接口;骨架上以25mm為間隔排布模數孔,柜架裝配便利而又異常堅固。整個框架由橫向和縱向螺栓精確聯接,框架結構免維護。

機柜前門采用周邊為2mm厚高強度冷軋鋼板,中間為5mm鋼化玻璃鑲嵌結構。前門美觀大方,透視度高,堅固,前門開啟轉角大于120度,并配有拉桿扭轉式鎖,采用三點鎖定,并在機柜前門或經常開合處設計防撞、減振裝置;前門通風孔根據防護等級分為兩種形式:柜體防護等級為IP30時,前門通風孔為六角網孔;柜體防護等級為IP41時,前門通風孔為百葉窗孔。

為保證機柜自身以及機柜內部各器件具有良好的接地性能,機柜框架的下方設有M12壓焊式銅螺柱,用于與接地網相連。機柜的下方設有截面積不小于100mm2的接地銅母排,并可靠固定在壓焊于機柜框架的銅螺柱上。各器件安裝板及側橫梁均采用高強度無花鍍鋅鋼板。減少了噴漆和電鍍工藝,保護環境,符合ISO-14001環境管理國際的規定。各器件安裝板、側橫梁、機柜的內門、后門均采用截面積不小于6mm2的鍍鋅銅質導電帶或多股銅線與接地銅母排連接,以確保良好的接地。
